Service Agreement
By engaging Wisdom Cleaning for cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Service Delivery
We will deliver cleaning services as agreed in writing (quote, proposal, or service agreement). Any changes to scope, frequency, or access arrangements should be communicated in advance.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly (or as agreed) and are due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Access and Security
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to premises for cleaning. All keys, access cards, and security codes provided to Wisdom Cleaning will be securely managed and returned upon termination of services.
Insurance
Wisdom Cleaning maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the incident.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Cancellation of individual scheduled cleans requires 24 hours notice to avoid charges.
Health and Safety
We comply with all relevant New Zealand health and safety legislation. Clients must inform us of any site-specific hazards or safety requirements.
Guarantee
We unconditionally guarantee all our cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied with services rendered, there is a “do over” clause in our policy — contact us within 24 hours and we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before any court proceedings.
