Every job follows a site-specific checklist agreed during your initial consultation. Our operations managers conduct regular quality reviews, and you have a direct line to your city team if anything needs attention. We have maintained this approach since 2011.

02 What areas do you cover in New Zealand?

We operate across three cities: Christchurch (where Wisdom was founded in 2011), Auckland (with a dedicated local team led by Tina Li), and Wellington (supported by our General Manager Michael Hershberger). Each city has a local point of contact for your account.

03 How quickly can you start after I enquire?

After you submit an enquiry, our team will contact you within one business day to arrange an initial site visit. From there, we typically have a proposal ready within a few days and can begin service within one to two weeks, depending on your requirements.

04 Are you insured and certified?

Yes. We hold three national certifications — Asure Quality, Environmental Choice NZ, and NZ Food Safety Authority C32. We are also fully insured for public liability. These are maintained and audited regularly, and we are happy to provide documentation on request.

05 Who will be my main point of contact?

You will have a dedicated operations contact in your city. In Christchurch, that is our local operations team. In Auckland, Tina Li leads our local team. For Wellington and cross-city coordination, General Manager Michael Hershberger is your point of contact.
